What does it mean to be lethal?
Having built his business experience from the ground floor up, our CEO was excited when it came down to choosing a company name. It’s important that the company has meaning to stand behind. From our company name to our values, they were determined with our people, our clients, and our future in mind. As we mentioned Lousiana in our CEO’s story, if we mention the New Orlean Saints you should automatically think of Drew Brees. He had this inspirational preseason speech that is how we think of our standards, performance and results at Lethal Business Development.

Then you started learning fundamentals. You started learning technique. You started learning how to compete. And how to win.

To us at Lethal Business Development, this means driving the highest revenue of revenue for our clients with the highest integrity and being the best in our field. This means our people are performing at their highest level and achieving the success they are striving for. Our CEO has lived all over the country but claims Louisianna to be his home. As a business finance degree, he found himself looking to get his foot in the door in the business world where he found himself an entry-level sales job. Having worked his way up in a merit-based business model, our CEO respects the ins and outs of every position in the business world and he strives to develop future leaders. He’s had a great example, and mentor to teach him the right habits to develop people. Now he feels like it’s his duty to give back to the people on his team, in whatever guidance they may need, to help them accomplish their goals.
Our back story
We focus on direct, face-to-face sales to generate new customer acquisition for our major clients. The ultimate goal is to create a genuine experience for our customers and to drive revenue for our Fortune 500 clients. Each day’s objective is to grow leaders within our company through extensive training by building problem-solving skills and building trust with our customers.
Sales is the transfer of energy and there is no better way to do so through a direct and personal engagement with all of our customers we meet face to face. This allows us to increase customer acquisitions with real-life, knowledgeable experts providing solutions to customers’ problems.
what do we actually do?
There is no better way to develop great relationships with a handshake and a smile. Building trust face to face is key for our clients as it brings a different element of energy in person getting their needs and wants satisfied.
At the end of the day, our main objective is to new customer acquisition and to deliver results beyond expectations. We bring quality customers for our clients and while doing so, change the world one leader at a time
